Where to start?

My family and I have recently purchased a 1910 Farmhouse in the Sellwood Neighborhood.

What we liked best about Sellwood was the small town feeling coupled with the urban crazy factor. Daily I hear stories about locals, get excited (or angry)about whats going on in the neighborhood, learn about local history and get harrassed by the neighborhood scrubjays.
